PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If the product is out of supply, we will contact you regarding delays or a substitute product.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
RETURN TERMS:
SEMSOLUTIONS INC. allows the consumer to return up to a maximum of 10% of the seed purchase within 30 days.
RETURN POLICY :
- For any return of seeds, the bag must not have been opened, must be clean and sealed.
- Any returned product must have been stored in appropriate conditions to preserve seed quality, protected from bad weather, excess humidity and heat, and rodent damage.
- No seed purchased at a discount is eligible for return.
- Any seed out of stock “SOLD OUT” any special mixture or special product cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCEDURES:
- All returns must have an authorization number. To obtain this number call 450-758-8137. No returns will be accepted without this number.
- All other returns must be addressed to: SEMSOLUTIONS inc. 1860 rang St-David, St Gabriel De Brandon, J0K 2N0
- For your shipment, we recommend a carrier who can provide you with a shipment tracking number or we will not be responsible for lost returns.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- All returns are subject to a 15% return fee.
- Please provide us with your return:
- Your full name and address;
- A copy of your invoice indicating which item is being returned;
- Your telephone numbers and email address;
FOLLOW UP :
- SEMSOLUTIONS INC. will send the customer a credit for eligible products after deducting return shipping costs.
- Returns may take between 7 and 14 days to be processed and refunded. When the return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment or a check will be issued to you.
- If all requirements are not met, SEMSOLUTIONS INC. reserves the right to refuse the return and/or credit of the account.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Orders are verified and processed within one business day. Shipping is subject to product availability and delivery method but generally shipping is done within 1 to 2 weeks from February to April.
If you prefer, you can pick up your order at our warehouse located at 1860 rang St-David, St-Gabriel de Brandon, J0K 2N0. Please contact us before picking up your order from our warehouse so that your order is ready and packaged by the time you arrive.
To obtain orders for special mixes, these must be made in advance between 10 and 21 days to allow us to mix and package your order, especially during sowing times in spring and fall.
SEMSOLUTIONS INC. only delivers within Quebec and reserves the right to charge additional transportation costs for more remote regions.
